Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of Skovia. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you register.
Beta service
Skovia is currently in beta. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable while we improve it. Please keep your own copies of records that you are legally required to retain.
Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
- The business owner is responsible for the staff they invite and the roles they assign.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your data
You own the records you enter into Skovia. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Skovia for anything illegal, or to store data you have no right to hold.
- Do not try to access another business’s data or disrupt the service.
- Only send WhatsApp messages to people who expect to hear from your business.
Professional judgement
Skovia helps you keep records and calculate figures such as stock values, taxes, salaries and lab results, but it does not replace professional accounting, legal or medical advice. You are responsible for checking figures and reports before relying on them.
Fees
If paid plans are introduced, we will show the prices in the app and give you notice before any charge applies to your account.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Skovia is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.
Ending your use
You can stop using Skovia at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
